ingredients :
1. Flour 250gr
2. Sugar 38gr
3. Salt 4gr
4. Yeast 8gr
5. Egg 38gr
6. Milk 50gr/ml
7. Water 78gr
8. Unsalted butter 25gr
9. Cream 38gr
10. Small sausage, as needed
Step :
1. Mix all the ingredients, except butter, and start kneading with low speed, and put in the butter when the dough 50% elastic
2. Continue kneading untill the dough reach the windowpane stage
3. Scale the dough into 50grams/ each, rest 30 minutes
4. Lightly roll the dough, and flatten it
5. Place the sausage on the edge of the dough
6. Roll the dough and seal the edge
7. Cut into 4 equal portion
8. Twist the dough and arrange them together into 10cm round pan
9. Last proofing for 60 minutes, brush with egg wash sprinkle with mayonnaise, tomato sauce and mozarella
10. Bake at 200c for 10 minutes.
